We are so thankful to have a business we can trust. Midtown’s customer service is the best! Scheduling is easy and always willing to answer questions and help you plan next steps, as needed. Kind, professional and trustworthy.

I’ve driven past this little shop countless times and never realized. The people here are so friendly and accommodating. You don’t feel like they’re trying to pressure you into anything you don’t want or need. This was my first time in for a simple oil change, but I will definitely be back. The best service I’ve received in any car shop in the area.

This was my first time at Quail Quicklube and I was very impressed with the attention to detail, good humor, and kindness of the employees. They were attentive, were able to add on last minute services as needed, and very upfront about pricing and needs. I will be coming back again. They have made a very stressful day more smooth.

The staff are exceptionally helpful and caring. I was in awe at the way the staff handled another customer’s emergency with his vehicle and the way Donna and Eve professionally addressed his needs. The ladies made sure is day was less disruptive With Donna taking the courtesy to drop him off at work, NO FEE INCLUDED!!!!!! This is definitely the most awesome service station and Team I have ever encountered!!!!!!!

Ramon, was very polite/ chill went over the work that would be performed on my car with me and the young lady at the front desk Eve was very welcoming and kind. When I received an estimate for getting my tires replaced, Eve was considerate enough to ask me what I was looking for in terms of pricing and etc. I’m somewhat new to the area, but I can tell that this place has a good team dynamic and will look out for you. I will be returning!!! I definitely recommend. Update: Recently I got a wheel alignment. The staff was very friendly and explained the process to me throughly.
